"Sevcik's Service Center is a place I will always remember. On a hot summer day in August, specifically Saturday the 16th, my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I asked if a service technician could take a look at my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, and they informed me that if I didn’t mind waiting for about an hour, they would get to it as soon as possible.

To my delight, my car was ready and blowing cold air again in no time, and the prices were unbelievably low compared to another shop down the street that couldn’t even look at my vehicle until Tuesday."

“This place is great. Brought in our 2008 F150 with a blown engine. They provided salvage recommendations, and when we came back to remove the tires and wheels to keep for ourselves, they did it for us for no charge. The customer service was amazing. All the guys were so nice and professional. They even helped the salvage guy load the wheelless truck onto the tow truck. Totally above and beyond!

Also realized while I was there that they are also a FULL SERVICE gas station. Wish I had known that when my daughter was living in College Station. Great Guys! Thank you so much, Sevciks!"

“Battery replaced and good to go within 15 minutes. Epic service and quality employees. They offer triple AAA discounts, so present your card for 10% off. For anything battery or windshield related, drive around to the back of the shop and pull into the garage. No need to get out of your car. They replaced my battery in matter of minutes, and were very professional. I will come back next time I have any troubles.”

"This place is AMAZING, and they really saved me. I live in the DFW and was quoted over $1,000 for new brake pads and routers. I knew that was high and didn't have a good feeling about it. Stressed, I immediately called Sevcik's and explained my situation. They provided me with quotes of what it would cost to replace the brakes and pads which came back at a much lower price than $1,000. I drove down to College Station and took my car in early the following morning. I went from being told everything needed to be replaced here in the DFW, to you need new front brake pads and we'll reservice the routers. Grand total with an oil change included... $285. I will now be a Sevcik's Customer for life. I truly appreciate the Customer Service and integrity that they displayed. Thank you Sevciks!"

“If you have a child at Texas A&M and they have car trouble, you can count on these folks. My daughter's car died on campus. Transmission Kaput! I made one phone call and didn't have to worry about it another second. They had it towed for me the next morning. When I called to check on the car, dreading the $$$, I was told it was not worth fixing; this coming from the people who would reap the rewards of fixing the car. Not for one second did they pressure me to fix the car. You are in great hands with these people. She will be returning for all her oil changes for her new car!

"I may not know anything about cars, but I do know EXCELLENT customer service when I see it. I've been to Sevcik's about 4-5 times and I always feel like they're bending over backwards to help me out. Everyone here is always willing to explain what's going on to me, and has always done it cheerfully. Did have a slight mishap there once, but I overlooked it since I feel that they have served me exceptionally in the past. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for quick servicing!"

"I've been getting oil changed here for a couple years, and they have done repairs for me in the past. This morning I stopped in just as they were opening and had them check my A/C (it's 100 degrees here every day this week) because it had stopped working. They fixed me up in short order. I could tell they were gearing up for a busy day (lots of work orders already at 7:30 AM) so with the new semester starting it might be a good idea and call for an appointment if possible.

Yelp doesn't show this but they are open on Saturdays, too, but I'm not sure of the hours."

"I originally came to Sevcik's Service Center (a certified AAA service center) due to difficulties I was having with one of AAA's service members replacing my car battery. This was my 1st time at their service center and to say the least I came to them already frustrated. That being said, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and their employees. Even though Sevick's was not authorized through AAA to replace my battery because of the warrantee policy, I still received top-of-the-line customer service and respect. I am a female college student and that is something I don't think I could say about any service center I have ever been to. Furthermore, Sevick's provided me with a complementary ride back to my house and extended the offer to pick me up when my car was ready. Upon my arrival, after countless calls they handled from AAA and my mother, they checked and filled all of the fluids in my car! I fully intend to repeat my business with Sevick's whether it is an oil change or auto repair. There is something to be said about excellent customer service and this Aggie family prides themselves on it! Parent's, if you're looking for somewhere to send your Aggie student's car for service, this is the place."
